Need files immediately? Bring a Samsung T7 or T9 SSD hard drive, and we’ll transfer everything on-site within 30 minutes. Don’t have a drive? You can rent one from us in-studio for a small fee.

Yes, you can extend your session if there are no upcoming bookings. Extra time can be added on the same day and paid via Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit/debit card.
We’re flexible and committed to helping you create impactful, high-quality content without time pressure.

Our cancellation policy is simple and fair:

• 48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or studio credit

• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable
